UK Deliveries
You can expect to receive your order within 2-4 working days. We use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (a signature will be required) for standard orders. There is the option to have an
Express Next Day Delivery for items in stock. There will be an extra £3.00 charge for this service.
Standard UK Delivery - Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery - £3.95
Express Delivery - Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Working Day*) - £6.95
(*orders must be placed before 2pm to ensure Next Working Day Delivery).
General Returns Policy
We hope that you will be pleased with your order but, if you are not, we are happy to refund any faulty items or exchange them. Please return them to us unused, with all labels intact,
within 14 days. Please be aware that postage and packaging is not refundable, however, you will not be asked to pay additional postage if you request an exchange. If you are returning
your order please make sure that you write or attach our full address on the front of the envelope or parcel. Returns should include all of the packaging and/or boxing that was included
when they were sent to you. The postal address is:

We advise that you obtain proof of postage from your Post Office when returning items to us. Please note that Jewels Rock do not offer a free returns service at this stage. We aim to
process your refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt.
Please note that we are unable to accept parcels that have been returned to us by a courier service or any other service that requires a signature upon receipt
